The Department for Work with Foreign Applicants for Higher Education of the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National  Pedagogical University is a structural subdivision of the university.

The work of the department is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on education and labor, the Charter of the University, educational and professional training programs for bachelor/master/doctor of philosophy.

Tasks of The Department for Work with Foreign Applicants for Higher Education:

• Ensuring the activities of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv NationalPedagogical Universityaccording to the current legislation of Ukraine and the statutory requirements of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv NationalPedagogical University for initiating and conducting educational activities for foreigners and stateless persons, subject to compliance with the requirements of information on educational activities in higher education in the section of training of foreigners and stateless persons in accredited areas (specialties).
• Ensuring and carrying out the work of the department in cooperation with the Ukrainian State Center for International Education, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, the structures of the Ministry of Education and Science, etc.
• Execution of documents of foreign citizens and stateless persons who study at H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv NationalPedagogical University.
• Cooperation with embassies, consulates and missions of foreign countries on the study and stay of foreigners or stateless persons studying at H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv NationalPedagogical University.
• Cooperation with business entities.
• Promoting the development of international relations.
