PROFESSIONAL CAREER
Starts from 1988, worked as a teacher in a rural school, then as a teacher of fine arts at a secondary school 143, Kharkiv.
Since 2000 has been working at KhNPU named after H.S. Skovoroda at the Faculty of Graphic Arts, lecturing on "History of Fine Arts", "History of Costume", "History of Design", "History of Audiovisual Art", "Art History".
From 2003 to 2007 held the position of Deputy Dean for Research.
2005 - defended dissertation in the specialized academic council of the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts on the topic: "Stylistic evolution in the iconography of Slobozhanshchina of the XVII-early XIX centuries." - 17.00.05 - fine arts. Supervisor: Doctor of Arts, Professor L. D. Sokolyuk.
2005 - Member of the International Association of Art Critics "AIS" (Paris).
2007 to present - Head of the Department of Fine Arts of KhNPU named after H.S. Skovoroda.
2008 - Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
2010 - Professor of Fine Arts, KhNPU named after H.S. Skovoroda.
2018 - Dean of the Faculty of Graphic Arts.
Since 2005 within the requirements of the Bologna Process, has organized a student scientific-practical group "Museum Lane", which actively prepares students for scientific work and participation in international and All-Ukrainian exhibitions, scientific conferences (2005-2020).
Manages the scientific work of undergraduates and graduate students, in the field of "Theory and methods of vocational education."
Organized and participated directly in the work to create a methodological and visual fund of the Fine Arts Department to create methodological support for all disciplines of the department.

Organized international cooperation with Vyscha shkhola upravlinnz ta administratsii, Poland, Opole in the framework of a cultural and educational project.
Participant of the project "New Ukrainian School", section - fine arts.
Researches the processes of higher artistic and pedagogical education formation in Ukraine. Studies the history, culture, art of Ukraine and the influence of socio-political changes on the formation of modern artistic processes.
EDUCATIONAL AND METHODICAL WORK
Has about 150 publications (scientific and educational-methodical), most of which are published in professional publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine.
Wrote a number of monographs "Slobozhanska Icon of the XVII - early XIX centuries." (2008), "Factors and conditions of higher art and pedagogical education in Ukraine in the early twentieth century", "Development of higher art and pedagogical education in Ukraine in the twentieth century" (2016); collective monographs "Socio-economic problems of spatial development" (2015), "Theory and practice of fine arts (for third-year students majoring in 014 - secondary education" Fine Arts") (2020); methodical manual "Theory and practice of fine arts" (2016).
The co-authored workbooks “Me and Ukraine” for grades 1–4 were recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2007) for implementation in the school educational process.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
Takes an active part in artistic and pedagogical in the life of Ukraine. Permanent organizer and participant of art exhibitions of various levels.
Presents art studies projects, art-critical and historical-pedagogical articles.
Conducts consultations on methods of teaching fine arts.
Has experience in gallery activities.
Works with many Ukrainian NGOs.
Takes an active part in the political life of the country. Has been repeatedly awarded honorary diplomas by the CEC.
